Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
Sale items or items purchased with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@rare-leather.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange your product:

We will guide you through the exchange process and hold the new item for you, if available.
Exchange Process:
Once we receive your original item and it passes inspection, we will ship your new item.
If the exchange item is unavailable, we will offer you a refund or store credit.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rare-leather.com. Provide photos of the damage or defect for quicker processing. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
